Rotating shifts, breaks and automatic approvals: less manual work

Rotating shifts: set the sequence (morning, afternoon, night, rest) and the system repeats it automatically over the whole period.
Shift breaks: when a shift includes a break, break clock-ins are recognised and counted in the hours worked, with no manual calculations.
Automatic approvals: justifications, remote-working days and missed clock-ins not handled within the set period are approved by the system, so managers only deal with exceptions.
Holiday plan under control: at the start of the year you set how many days a group of people should plan, and the system reminds those who have not done it.
Monthly anomalies: on the first of the month, anyone with missing clock-ins in the previous month gets an email to fix them or add a justification.
Clearer time sheets: totals for holidays, permits, overtime, sick leave, Law 104 leave and parental leave directly in the report.

Frequently asked questions on attendance, shifts and leave

Can I plan rotating shifts?

Yes. You define the shift sequence, for example morning, afternoon, night and rest, and the system applies it in rotation to the selected people for the whole planning period. It works alongside shifts by period, alternating weekly shifts and automatic shift assignment based on clock-ins.

Can Italian INPS sick-leave certificates be imported automatically?

Yes. If the company receives INPS electronic certificates by certified email (PEC), you upload the attached XML file and the sick leave is recorded and posted to the time sheet automatically, including continuations, relapses and hospital stays. It is included in the Time module.

How are Law 104 leave permits managed?

With a register of the assisted persons, the required documents with their expiry dates and reminders for renewals. Law 104 leave requests have a dedicated section, and the time sheet shows the total Law 104 hours.

Is there a trace when someone deletes an absence request?

Yes. Every deletion is recorded with date, time, user and request status, and the manager and HR are notified. A dedicated report lets you review deletions by period or by person.

How does the payroll provider work with EcosAgile?

The payroll provider has a dedicated access with new hires, terminations, time sheets, expense reports, bonuses, allowances and meal vouchers. It can also upload the accounting documents it produces for the company, such as payslip summaries, F24 forms, accruals and journal entries, which arrive securely instead of by email.
