How can I book the meeting room?

eMeeting allows to book a meeting in a few seconds and with a few clicks using the device located outside the workspace (training room, meeting room, conference room, coworking area).

The organizer can schedule a meeting directly via eMeeting device, either by using his badge or the assigned unique code.

All data is communicated in real time to the EcosAgile Cloud system, so it is possible to verify online the availability of the various meeting rooms, book them or modify the existing reservation at any time.

How can I choose a proper room for a meeting?

eMeeting allows you to verify all the features and devices available in each working area, whether it is a meeting room, a training room or a coworking area.

In order to choose the room that best suits your meeting needs please consult the list of audio and video equipment and accessories.

To ensure the compliance with COVID-19 procedures you can check the capacity of the room in terms of participants.

Can I extend the duration of the meeting?

Yes, eMeeting allows you to extend the duration of the room reservation even for the meeting in progress. It is sufficient for the organizer to press an appropriate button after verifying the identity using the NFC badge or entering unique code at his possession. Obviously the extension of the booking should be made in accordance with the start time of the next meeting.

Can I cancel the meeting?

Of course, eMeeting allows the organizer to cancel the meeting after entering the unique code in his possession on the screen or holding the NFC badge close to the device. After the cancellation, the room will become immediately available for a new booking.

Is it integrated with Google and Outlook ?

Yes, eMeeting can be integrated into Google and Outlook shared calendars. The system also sends appointment notifications to participants so that they become visible in participants’ calendars in use (ical).
