EcosAgile Workspace is the system for booking and managing workspaces and workstations in company offices, responding to organisational and management dynamics of Personnel.

EcosAgile Workspace allows the booking of workstations, desks, conference rooms and coworking spaces at any time through the web and display booking system. It allows a complete and detailed management of Personnel and of all working environments, enabling a real-time view of occupied and bookable workspaces.

EcosAgile Workspace allows to see the features, audio and video equipment and accessories of each workstation, coworking space and meeting room. It allows workplaces to be divided into fixed, permanently assigned to one or more people, bookable and occupied.

CALENDARS AND NOTIFICATIONS
EcosAgile Workspace allows precise planning and scheduling of workstations in the medium term thanks to a constantly clear and up-to-date calendar of the availability of the various rooms, classrooms, workspaces, meeting rooms, conference rooms, coworking spaces: it can be integrated into Google and Outlook shared calendars.
