The application is downloaded on the device and unique codes are assigned to each employee in order to identify them during entrance and exit clocking. All the data are communicated in real time to the company management for constant and precise control over staff absence and presence.

Is attendance tracking system controlled?

eTime Manager is controlled by a team leader who monitors employee attendance. In case you want additional control it is possible to activate device camera in order to verify the employee identity during the clocking.

Can I manage my staff absences?

Of course, the App allows a team leader to register absences of employees: holidays, leave of absence, accidents or illnesses. There is also a possibility to submit necessary information and protocol data to administration department in real time.
